Cassandra Ott

An eternal optimist and quiet observer, artist Cassandra Ott's lighthearted and bright artistic explorations take shape across a variety of fine art, public art, and surface pattern design. She received a BFA with a concentration in Photography from the University of Cincinnati and now works as a mixed media artist and designer. Cassandra's work provides spaces for the eyes and mind to slow down and reset - visual antidotes to offset the negativity present in our current climate. While the range of imagery is wide, themes of beauty, memory and optimism are common threads. She is looking forward to connecting with the other resident artists, and the dedicated space and time to work on her practice.
